I'm not arguing that trans women are not treated badly in men's facilities sometimes, but women are molested in women's facilities by people with penises who claim to be trans women. It happens in schools and in prisons among other places. The solution is not to allow any person who claims to be a transsexual into the facility of their choice.  We need solutions that are good for all.

Firstly, I follow news fairly closely, and I'm unaware of a spike in restroom assaults by people masquerading as trans. Do you have a source for this allegation?

Secondly, Also, how does your 'good for all' solution address male-on-male or female-on-female sexual assault?

Lastly, isn't your real concern that another Penis Bearer might see your dingle and put the moves on you?
