Nope. It doesn't work that way. Pregnancy is one of the *risks* of sex. Those risks can be mediated and dealt with if the mediation fails.
Just because you climb a mountain, which carries the risk of falling, doesn't mean you willingly fall. And, if you do fall, you can still seek ways to heal from the damage done.
Also, your view of biology needs some revision. A woman doesn't 'take a fetus into her body'. there is no fetus just after sex. There isn't even an embryo.
