I don't think you get it, so let me reframe the question. Trans women claim to have periods, do you think it possible for trans women to menstrate.
I reject the premise that trans women claim to have (true) periods. Yes, that one did claim to have them, but I don't think that's representative of trans women in general.
They can have something that's period-like if they're on HRT, but a full-blown period, with blood or the shedding of a uterine lining, is impossible. And it's my understanding that the majority of trans women know this.
