You are aware that it's easier to spend less when you have less to spend, right? China's GDP is 76% that of the US, and Chile's is 1.35%. Hell, Chile's GDP is so small that the two richest people on the planet have more than the GDP of Chile.
And Chile, the nation you said several pages ago was the most advanced economy in Latin America, still manages to spend half of its meager tax revenues on welfare.
