I think a very serious genetic bottleneck within the last few thousand years in which the gene pool of their species dwindled to but one single breeding pair, followed by many generations of strict inbreeding amongst their offsprings, does explain the behavioral traits of creationists and their socks.     So there may be something to the Noah’s ark story.
