Please spare us your ignorace of Islam. The Qur'an doesn't say anywhere that martyrs specifically get the huris', it speaks of the huris' generally as all male believers who go to heaven get huris', the info specific to martyrs is a hadith of Muhammad pbuh, not a verse.
The Qur'an also made it clear that the huris' are highly attractive women, not grapes. Now go back to learning, please.
In general, men actively desire and seek women more than women seek men. That was certainly true in Arabia because men take the initiative when it comes to marriage. So it makes sense that the Qur'an doubles down on female houris instead of male partners, which certainly exist (even if the woman wasn't married) as no one is single in paradise.
