Not really. There could be an eternal first cause, which means reality always existed since it would at least contain this first cause.
A reality which "contains" a First Cause means Reality was not created by your First Cause, (which by definition is absurd if it really is a "First Cause").
That Reality is one in which the First Cause is only the cause of everything EXCEPT Reality.
