There is also a more complex geographical argument which demonstrates that the locations mentioned in the Bible for Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are not possible.
Abraham was said to have come from Ur. The only historical kernel that may be true in the myth is that the "move" may be related to the Hurrian Invasion.
Yahweh's agreements / covenants / promises are rather worthless.
He made one with Noah : "Genesis 9:12-17 12God said, “This is the sign of the covenant which I am making between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all successive generations ; I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be (rainbow) etc.
Then he made a different one with Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus. They were ALL said to be everlasting .... until they weren't.
