A top Russian rocket scientist, Professor Vitaly Melnikov, died a week and half after the probe he worked on made a new crater on the moon. TASS indicated the unfortunate professor died after eating poisonous mushrooms.
From this we might deduce the next russian space probe will be developed by a better motivated staff who have taken more care to get better life insurance lest they too find dubious mushrooms in their diet should the next mission also reflect badly on Putin.
