So, I suspect you are either a former Christian who was taught uninspired expressions (spirit; supposedly god breathed) and didn't test them. Just because the Bible says something in a verse doesn't mean anything until you test it. So, at Genesis 2:17, the link I provided you, test it. What do you see? The Hebrew (click on the link there) says surely or positively you will die. That's English translation. In Hebrew it says dying you will surely die. So, if I tell you you will surely die if you keep on driving like a maniac does that mean you will die immediately? So, why do you think it should mean immediately? Because that makes it look silly? No. It makes you look silly but only if no one agrees with you. Atheist dogma, groupthink. Should it be based on theist dogma and groupthink. Y'all decide. Keep on thinkin' brothers and sisters.

Did God? There are several (I think) variables. First, good is subjective. What God or one's parents thinks is good may not likely be what we or children think is good. So, you doubt my suggestion that the good and bad Adam gained knowledge of was to either be decided by A&E, as you put it, or God, correct? Gotta get rid of that religious nonsense.

The spiritual Heaven was created for God and spirit beings. Not flesh and blood. The meek will inherit what? Hell is the common grave. God is, in effect, in hell. (Amos 9:1-2; Psalm 139:8; Proverbs 15:11) Adam and Eve are in the grave.
