Um no. I am neither spiritual(whatever that means) or religious.
I have a deep appreciation or "sense of awe" when I think about certain things like my late mother's hug, or my cat's meow, or a beautiful tropical sunset beach setting. I think it is simply better to ask the individual person what their position is rather than make statements like "I think every person has a religious impulse inside of them". I can tell you with 100% certainty I do not.
