Many philosophers argue that the human brain isn't the source of consciousness and therefore abortion is murder even if a fetus lacks a fully developed brain.

No one gives a damn what some armchair thinkers say.

There are neuroscientists that reject physicalism

There is no evidence that consciousness comes from anything other than the brain.

Evidence is not enough. You also need adequate explanation. Scientists can't even reproduce a single artificial quale

So this point is moot. It's even more moot by the simple fact the Fetus regardless of ontological status has no right to the woman's body 

If you believe in "My body, my choice", you also should be against forced covid vaccination.

Comparing a fully developed human to a fetus is fallacious.

We are comparing minds not bodies.

Even more so consider that adult isn't living inside another being against their will 

Women engage in sexual activity voluntary knowing that it could lead to pregnancy.

Also, Abortion isn't murder as in numerous places it is not unlawful nor is it unjustified. 

So genocide is ok if government supports it?
