I do want to say, philosophers are just philosophers, not scientists. No matter how many of them agree on anything in regards to human life, they do not know a thing.

They can ask questions that you are supposed to answer.

Therefore, I can say the pro-life people are hypocrites.

Just like pro-choicers that are against 2nd amendment and support forced covid vaccination.

And even if a fetus develops a consciousness, it still is not a living being physically. Having a consciousness only does so much to make a being a living thing, as it is not the only thing that makes a person living.

Are you claiming that there are conscious beings that are not alive?

But are the philosophers even qualified to answer some things?

And where did the pro-choice people support forced vaccinations?

Also, I said they are not alive physically. That said, like I said, a fetus does not even have a fully developed brain, and there is no other source for the consciousness as you claim. So a fetus is not alive either way.
