1) Contraceptives often fail. The ensuing pregnancy is obviously not voluntary.
2) Women do get raped. That pregnancy, too, is involuntary.

Behaviors that can kill others should be regulated. For that matter, I think abortion should be regulated as well. I just don't think I should tell a woman what life decisions she should make.
