If the sex wasn't explicitly agreed upon beforehand for the purpose of reproduction she didn't agree to it and the condition is involuntary so it's unjust to keep her in that state and even if she did get pregnant voluntary she also has the right to change her mind afterward and no one has the right to keep her pregnant
