Every person is religious

I was "religious" as a kid because I was born into a catholic family, made to go to mass every Sunday, went to catholic school for 9 years, but finished high school in a public school. That was as much of their shit I could handle, quit going to mass around the age of 17, and have always been an Atheist.
I never believed a word of it, even as a kid. Family and friends thought I was a believer, but they were all wrong.
How would you define the word "religious" anyway?
