I have been married (this time0 for almost 32 years. Is it perfect, far from it. But we have lasted this long so I suppose we will probably be together till one of us dies.
We have sort of decided that it's doubtful anyone else would put up with the other one so, there you have it.
I am pretty much an introvert and he is a homebody though more social if around people.
There are days though...
I had planned to leave when my son graduated in 2005. But the economy went to crap in SC and I lost my job and finding another was nearly impossible, at least not one that was comparable. Next thing I knew husband transferred to Texas and I had little choice but to go along. Was a really rough few years here but has evened out a bit.
