When I'm in a regular relationship I have always had a partner that likes "adventures" that have always included a long time friend of my lady. Female friend. After an icebreaking night of fucking like bunnies I had a chat with my wife and advised her that same-sex romps didn't threaten or disturb me. All three were happy with that. They also left unsaid any quid pro quo. I think they read me as solidly hetero, which would be true.
I married the first wife while on active duty with the USN. She mentioned at one point that it was easier to have a "safe" alternative for when I was deployed to WestPac. I smiled and she giggled. Then she called her friend and said that I was home and she should get "your fluffy butt over here!" Welcome home indeed.
