@FrustratedFool, you claim not to be obsessed with sex, yet you paint an obsessive's view of sexuality, even down to wanting a harem for your personal pleasure. This is why I find your denials of sexual obsession so unconvincing.

I think I'm just far more open and introspective about my desires than most.  There's no obsession on a particular topic there at all, I'm just more thoughtful and introspective on most things than others.

To me, most of the thread reads like the protestations of people in their 30s who think monogamy is maturity but haven't grappled with their own, or many other people's, more honest and less socially palatable desires.  And also it seems that many are quite vanilla in their relational constructs and lack imagination.  The difference is that I'm fully prepared to accept that is just my perception and not worth anything and so normally avoid saying such things.  It is, after all, rather rude and pointless to express such a ridiculous character assessment about people I know only from a few internet forum posts.  But YMMV.

But if it helps you to think of me as a sex obsessive go ahead.  I probably do have a greater interest in talking about and thinking about sex than most people.

Introspective? You're not self aware enough to understand why you come off as sex obsessed, even with people spelling it out for you.

Honestly, I have zero fucks to give about who, or what, you fuck, as long as it's consensual. But, you're self description of your own desires make you sound like the stereotypical horny teenager. Wanting a harem of beautiful people to grant you sex, basically on demand, whenever you want, with no regard to their feelings, very much plays into that. Denying it just make you look the the proverbial toddler with melted chocolate on his face denying he took the Hershey bar.

Denial doesn't make you introspective, but you do you.
