Great. If you don't like their rules, don't use Youtube for videos? There's Vimeo and other platforms, I think.
If you need a ride to work, but don't like a bumper-sticker on my truck, you're free to ride, walk, or buy your own vehicle, and I'm free to suffer in silence, or pull off and drop you off early, if your complaints tire me. If you don't like their policy, vote with your feet -- or mouse, as it were.
There's too many upsides to YouTube for me to move to other platforms, why should I leave a website because of one rule I find dumb?
