I don't know, but one passage asserts that this god will cause one himself under some circumstances:

It goes without saying that the woman still has no choice, because she is, after all, still property and not a person. But God don't mind abortion for adultery, apparently.
This underlines the point that there are far more miscarriages than abortions. Why didn't God treasure those fetuses?
