From what I have seen, many people don't seem to think that way when referring to God, as many people refer to him as male rather than beyond gender. Even then, the fact that God is referred to as male is something that reflects humanity's (mostly man's) biases, especially from long ago from when God was first thought up by humans, and I am sure by then and some years after, the male part of humanity did suppress or did not think highly of women, did they not?
