Your country has been a crossroads and melting pot for longer span of time than any other place on earth. It happens to be (currently) named "The Land of the Turks" because of that bloody hand that went into conquering it...not exactly something to be proud of.
Nearly all ethnic Turks can trace their ancestry to one or the other Turkic tribe that migrated to anatolia after our glorious victory against the romans at Manzikert.
After that, any other race besides ours has been a minority, and Anatolia effectively became a part of Turan.
And just for your information, these lands have been known as the lands of Turks for more than just a century.
And I'm proud of this archivement.
And to your allegations on our purity, in my terms, purity is based on your blood. If you know that there was no foreign taint in your family for the last two generations, you are pure in my eyes, and it does not matter if you had a non-turk grand-grand-grand-grand...mother some 6 generations back.
However, children born of recent intermarriages are not pure in our eyes, and these are what we are trying to prevent, actually.
But at the end, it's up to the individual. The best we can do is to educate our people to preserve their own blood and identity.
