In my mind, labeling yourself an "apatheist" is the even more simple way of shrugging off the more detrimental label of atheist than to call yourself an agnostic.
Not that I think that is a bad thing, but it certainly shows that the human mindset of conformity is still a major player in the game that is society. I don't call myself anything, for example, when out in public, as to do so would be to forfeit any chance I have at enjoying the last two years of highschool that I must endure in Texas.

My conclusion is that there is no reason to believe any of the dogmas of traditional theology and, further, that there is no reason to wish that they were true.
