Depending on the severity of the remarks in question, either anything from just taking the advice to quitting entirely.
Then again, I'm not the "freak out at every possible micro-aggression" kind of leftist, so, I'm inclined to think that if something is "I'm telling HR" levels of bad and the boss' response is "No, it's not racist, and if you report it again, we're citing you," I'd think the best choice of action would be:
- Look for another job
- Quit as soon as I found something else
- Let the world know exactly how shit the boss and the company are.
