Agreed, but I don't see how the conclusion is that the state and your boss must now be the police of your speech.
It's a workplace, not a public environment for speechifying. The boss is actually the guy who enforces the company's rules about how workers treat one another.
Or would you deny private companies the right to enforce their own ethos on their own private property?
