At least 317 million Christians live in nations where they face legal discrimination and human rights violation.

The price of success, maybe if they hadn't spent centuries persecuting, converting and committing genocide on other nations, they wouldn't be in this position, you never know. Though why you're whining to atheists about theists persecuting each other isn't clear.  

If the Jewish community has a word, it's probably to say - "Hey, don't make the same mistakes we did and let someone else genocide you while 'academics' turn a blind eye or cheer it on."

Even for you, that's pure nonsense. FYI, the Holocaust was a religious persecution that stemmed from centuries of Antisemitism from Christianity. Do you know who wasn't allowed in the SS, apart from Jews obviously? Atheists were not allowed...
