In quite a few legal senses that is *by definition* a crime - chiefly, it violates the 1948 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which while not legally binding in itself has seen 193 countries signed it in agreement over the core principles, finding them in line with their own legal and ethical codes.
Either the fetus is committing the literal, legal crime of infringement upon a woman's bodily autonomy (as protected against by the 14th Amendment in my country and multiple legal codes over the civilized world) or has committed the metaphorical, moral crime of infringing upon one of the most revolutionary and humanitarian documents to ever be drafted and accepted amongst all major human civilizations - the UN UDHR.
Either way, your solution is a death sentence - either a literal, legal death penalty against a criminal who has violated basic human rights or in a figurative, poetic sense of the act of abortion bringing about it's death.

Given that less than 3% of abortions are in instances of sexual violence, I have a hard time believing that 97% of women who get abortions are completely with out agency; that they are so braindead or otherwise incapacitated as to not understand that sex carries with it the possibility of pregnancy - the entire biological purpose of sex.
Despite what a few have lead me to believe, I don't believe women to truly be that ignorant and uneducated lol.
God could have made abortion impossible like it making it impossible for humans to breath underwater, right?
If abortion is evil then god admitted it created evil. It says so in its instruction book.
