And how would you do that, exactly?
I would imagine it going something along the lines of:
"Class, before we start the lesson, I am obliged under the Equal Time rule to tell you of an alternative explanation for origins that you will almost certainly encounter at some point. It's called creationism because it is the Biblical story of God creating the universe and has no evidentiary support for any of its claims outside that story, unless you factor in all the populist books written by well-known kooks and conmen. There, that was about thirty seconds; now we'll do some science."
