So, from what I understand from your posts, you went mad, thought you were an assassin for the FBI, killed some people in Virginia and Maryland, and pled insanity. You managed to get them to buy it, which can be difficult even when you're legitimately bugfuck (see Jared Lee Loughner). Six years later, you want some advice about how to not be in a mental hospital.
While I do live with mental illnesses (Pure-O OCD, Depression, and autism), I can't do shit for you. I don't know the laws relevant to Virginia's mental hospitals, I've never even been to one of the less extreme mental hospitals. Even we are both atheists, I can't fucking help you.

so I was lucky to get NGRI.
