Atheists - by definition - don’t have a relationship with God.

That doesn't mean they're outside the relational framework. As long as you understand the interaction I'm highlighting, you can label it whatever you want.

It means exactly that we’re outside the relational framework. Since we don’t ask God for things, or thank God, or tell God how great he is, there’s no interaction.

Also, it’s a bit presumptuous of you to assume that atheists are atheists because the prayers we don’t get answers to prayers we don’t make.
