Indeed, but then I never claimed atheists don't hold beliefs, only that atheism is not a belief, but the lack or absence of one, it has neither dogma nor doctrine. 

Good, because who cares what athe-ism as a system, or philosophy, or ideology, entails.

It is isn't a philosophy, or an ideology, or a system of any kind, and what it entails is the lack or absence of belief in any deity or deities, and that hilarious hyphen says it all really. A-theism would be more apropos, as in asymptotic, asexual, amoral, the a donates a lack or absence, as in the lack or absence of theism. Did you really receive a university education? 

 I'm talking about atheists, individuals who do have beliefs and attitudes.

Exactly, in response to a claim I made about atheism, again this false equivalence speaks volumes.
