That’s a dodge. I asked you, ‘…how old is the vase?’ Please answer.

How old is it as pig iron—a year. How old is it as a vase—a day. Same as a file on a computer, you have the date it was created and the date it was last modified.

I didn’t ask how old the pig iron is (and it’s considerably more than a year old). If the vase I make today is a day old, then the planet known to the locals as ‘Earth’ doesn’t predate your creation week. Form follows function, and since the inchoate something-or-other was described as ‘without form, it wasn’t Earth.
