There are no qualities I look for save acceptance of my trans state (and that I am a woman). There are, however, qualities I very strongly look against. And there's only one: Critical disqualifications for being an asshole or cruel in words or actions (especially when so to me or someone I like).
I am willing to work around anything else. My attraction functions more off of how much I like you (by far) than it does your base appearance. You could have the body of Jabba the Hutt with a personality that is so sweet and dear to me, and I'll be more attracted to you (romantically and sexually) than I would be to any random guy or girl with a fantastic body.
It's not up to others to fit my requirements, nor is it up to me to do so for others. If it doesn't work out with us both as we are: then it just won't work out. If neither has to change for the other and it survives (and especially thrives): the match is as good as gold
