Learning of thinking is the first thing of understanding! To be intelligent needs an open mind!

Now that looks much less copy-N-pastad. The difficulty is that if your mind is too open your brain will fall out. An open mind means that you're willing to evaluate other possibilities, not that you have to accept them uncritically.

Your first "Absolute Law" is nothing more than a statement. You've tried to make it self-referential, but that hasn't helped you greatly. Allow me to demonstrate:

 - Your brain is nothing more than sponge cake
 - Sponge cake is shitty at thinking
 - Thus every attempt that you make to refute this statement will be wrong
     QED

If that looks like poor reasoning to you, you're right, and that's why your reasoning looks poor to us. The rest is largely just more statements about how you don't feel that intelligence or ethics can be emergent, but you make these without any real support. This is the same tired arguments that we've heard from believers ad nauseum.
