To the question of does God exist, the answer is whether Intelligence created Life

Thoroughly incorrect.  Natural selection, the "intelligence" you've attributed to creating intelligent life, certainly did not always exist, and is not made of energy.

Everything is made of energy, matter is a concentrate of energy! Light, every type of radiation, is energy at a different frequency.

And thus everything, both intelligent and non-intelligent, is made of energy of one form or another. From that, it is trivial to deduce that energy alone is insufficient to explain intelligence. The rules of energy alone won't be enough, so arguments from thermodynamics will be insufficient at best, and completely wrong at the worst.
