To the question does every form of energy have intelligence, the answer is as far as we know no. But life is an exception because according to the first absolute law of logic it manifests intelligence! Life is energy as it consists of atoms and subatomic particles. Also, life is created from the biological molecule DNA.

Yeast is alive. The plague bacillus is alive. The mould in the cheese I mentioned is alive. If life equals intelligence, then why don’t these thing show signs of it? There’s a very long list of things that are alive but do not manifest intelligence.
