To the question of does God exist, the answer is whether Intelligence created Life

Assume that intelligence is a consequence of the structure of the intelligence holder rather than inherent properties of substance.  

If this is the case, then intelligent processes are the result of unintelligent forces (properties of substance);
If this is the case, the results of intelligent processes are ultimately the result of nonintelligent forces;
Therefore, if anything is the effect of an intelligence, it is a consequence of unintelligent causes;
Therefore, it is false that things that bear the hallmarks of intelligence require a cause that is intelligent.

A practical example?

The human brain's parts are not intelligent. The parts give rise to the effects of the whole, i.e. intelligence. The whole's effects are thus ultimately caused by unintelligent parts.
