Theoretically and based on the first law of thermodynamics and Einstein's equation, the superintelligence of the creation of the universe did not come from nowhere, it always existed, exists and will exist.

Neither the First Law of Thermodynamics nor Einstein's E=mc² say anything about "the superintelligence of the creation of the universe."

Intelligence is a property of mind, which is an emergent property of the physical brain due to its organization into a complex electrochemical network. If that network is destroyed (which happens at death, when the brain essentially rots from lack of oxygen), mind disappears.

Unless they somehow organize into some sort of network with functions such as perception and memory, matter/energy cannot be intelligent.
