Intelligence is a property of mind, which is an emergent property of the physical brain due to its organization into a complex electrochemical network. If that network is destroyed (which happens at death, when the brain essentially rots from lack of oxygen), mind disappears.
Unless they somehow organize into some sort of network with functions such as perception and memory, matter/energy cannot be intelligent.
Artificial Intelligence is a new form of intelligence! It is the result of Life, DNA > Humans > Artificial Intelligence.
Since only intelligence can create Intelligence, which is stated by the second law of logic based on the first, the intelligent person will try to find the intelligent creator of the intelligent DNA, using his logic!
I think it's time you responded to this, from Angrboda:
Quote:The human brain's parts are not intelligent. The parts give rise to the effects of the whole, i.e. intelligence. The whole's effects are thus ultimately caused by unintelligent parts.
You might also ponder the fact that 'intelligent DNA' is a nonsense term, since DNA is not and cannot be intelligent. You can place a beaker of DNA on your workbench for as long as you like - it will never solve a quadratic equation, write a sonnet, or ask itself, 'What does it all mean?' You might as well try the same experiment with a block of lead.
