This reminded me of the picture with blank space around it for people to sign that my wife and I had at our wedding. At one point in the wedding my wife's aunt comes up to us completely intoxicated saying she is a bit embarrassed. She wrote, 'Remebmer what your knees are for' on our wedding picture and didn't really think about it until it was already written. So she drunkenly tried to explain that she meant for prayer and not that other 'thing.' It was quite comical and now we have that picture hanging on the wall, reminding us to perform oral sex.
