No, we don't. How about Iraq? They're fresh out of American occupation. Do they get a share from your advances? And Afghanistan got a lot more "advanced" ever since they beat the soviets with your assistance.
The west does not really care if we are advancing or whatever. They sell their products here for twice the price, whereas the current US backed government is doing everything in it's path to let foreign capital flow.
And well, we have no intent on becoming a second soviet union. We're no communists.
