Also simple fact, more people die a year from alcohol related death then all terrorism, by far. So why not create Department Of Alcohol Reduction. If the main purpose of these departments is to STOP human deaths, then one preventing alcohol deaths would prevent many many more deaths then some farce called Dept Homeland Security.
So these politicians distract from the issues, make you think that Iran is going to nuke you, or a gay will ruin your family, when in reality you have a much bigger chance getting your life fucked up by alcohol.
