Yeah, the comment about Donald Trump not being fit to lick John McCain's boots is spot-on.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

My understanding is that McCain made it clear that while he wanted past presidents to speak during the eulogy, he did not want tRump at his funeral at all.
