Do you to move to music?? Just move your body any old way and stretch some muscles. Have you gone out for a short walk yet?
To answer the OP pretty much as TSQ said. Seems we both share a very pragmatic attitude towards activity. Personally I hate "going out for a walk" unless there is some objective in mind... like checking up on the development of a park near us (New Housing Estate here)...it involves Plant ID and Landscaping... Night sky watching with a glass of wine is also a favourite as I have to move around to get views of the various constellations without spilling my drink!

Light activity can often be enough to beat the blues...How's the weather there where you are?? Winter isn't it??
