It's part of the everywhere drinking thing. Alcohol is actually a depressant. It's best just to find a happy medium while sober.

Well, here, it generally is dependent on the circumstances here.
The beer house where I was drinking was a rather cheerful place, but the picture where our drinking table was...Well it was a place where we drank raki amongst ourselves. It's generally where we talk about things like women-related issues, or once we have drank sufficiently enough, politics, something what I call "saving the country at the drinking table".
