I think you misunderstand me. I can't complain if someone is using the system in a way that it allows; that would be fruitless. I can complain about the system itself, and use an example to show how it is flawed. By definition the parts that I feel are flawed are legitimate...if they weren't, they wouldn't be flaws would they?
My grounds for complaining would be that current (legitimate) parts of the system are either flawed, or open to loopholes.
