But you must remember that as the science of 'rape detection' advances... so too do the tools of rapists.
I don't have any hope for it without some sort of 'Big Brother'... and I prefer to suffer a chance of being raped to the safety of being watched 24/7 (assuming that the watcher isn't 'corrupt').
