The church lady got to marry the person she loved, and even if she flipped her shit for a woman, in her state, she'd be able to marry that woman too (providing she divorced her husband first, of course). The handsome lady Texan judge can't marry the person she loves because they happen to have the wrong genitalia, according to a bunch of church ladies. I can, and do applaud her for what she's trying to do. It's not an ideal, it's a right, and it's refreshing to see someone in a position of power make a statement so bold in an effort to gain equality.
