They don't have to get rid of the Constitution Mehm, they don't even have to rewrite it, just re-interpret it, which is exactly what they are doing. Interpretations...Well, I think the constitution is clear in all matters.
No law can be based on any religion. That speaks secularism.
What can they do? Besides, with which numbers?
